1) If you ask someone for help, and they say no (for whatever reason), that is it. Do not pester the person to death. This will only end up making people leave and get yourself removed from the guild.

2) The guild bank is open to every member of this guild above the rank of dwight. Each person is given access to a certain amount of things per day from the guild bank according to their guild rank. Your guild rank is determined by your time in the guild and participation in the guild. Rank increases will be given out only when deemed appropriate.

3) When running in a normal instance, if an item drops and it is an upgrade to what you have, feel free to need for it. Remember that there are other people in the run that may need it as well so you may not always get it. If green items drop, everyone can greed on it or ask if you can need on it if it is an upgrade. By following these loot rules, people will be able to more likely get what they need and everything will run more smoothly.

4) NO NINJA LOOTING! For those of you that have not seen this, it is when a person runs an instance with your group, sees the drop they want, needs for it and the hearths out of the instance. This is completely unfair to the other members of your group.

5) This is a guild with members of all ages. The language must be kept realitivly clean. Four letter words and overt sexual inuendo are NOT allowed in chat. A slip is going to happen, but using it every other word will not be tolerated. As far as the sexual inuendo, having lived in this world long enough, you know what should and should not be said in chat.

6) Everyone has the ablility to write their own note for their character on the guild tab ingame. DO NOT change anyones but your own. This is unacceptable and is a rank demoting offense. (please keep your notes clean. Remember that everyone can see it.)

7) Although it is human nature to flirt, we do have members of ALL ages here not to mention that we do have married/dating couples in the guild. Please try to keep this under control. If someone asks you to stop, you MUST stop. This is a rule that if broken after you are warned can lead to you being removed from the guild. I will not have members uncomfortable in the guild. People that feel this way are not going to be having fun wondering when the next time that person will say something and they will end up leaving.

8) There are plenty of ways in the World of Warcraft in which to make money. For this reason, begging for money is not allowed. If you need a loan for something from the guild bank, ask an officer and they will let you know if a loan is available to you for that item. If you are caught begging in trade or local chat, you will be removed from the guild. There are far too many ways to make money and begging is not an acceptable way.

9) Our Vetrilo server is for the use of <DunderMifflin> ONLY! Please do not give out this information to anyone that is not in the guild. Also, our vent server is to be used while signed on to a guild character only!

9b) Remember that when on vent, you are more then welcome to, when you group up, to switch to a group, instance or other channel to make it easier for people in your group to hear each other. HOWEVER, if you are not in that group, please respect the other members of the guild and ask permission from someone in that group before joining their channel.

10) Please remember that we are a North American based guild on a North American server. Please keep guild chat and vent chat in english. It is rude to speak in another language when very few people on the same channel can understand you. If you wish to speak in another language, feel free to to in party chat or go in to a different vent channel.

11) Please remember, we are trying to do progression bassed content in Dunder, we do ask that you take it seriously. Also, if you take your main out to go raid with a different guild, since you no longer feel that this is the place for you to raid, your alts must follow. We want people here in DunderMifflin that are willing to help the group and are not affraid to wipe until we get it right.

We have very few rules about raiding in DunderMifflin.

When running in a raid instance, loot will be handled in a very simple manner. In raids such as Naxxramas, you get 1 main spec upgrade roll per wing and unlimited offspec upgrade rolls. If the item is NOT an upgrade for you , do not roll on it. All items not rolled on will be DE'd and place in the guild bank for future use by guildies. In raids such as Ulduar, you get 1 main spec upgrade roll her night and unlimited offspec upgrade rolls, but again, if it is NOT an upgrade, do not roll on it.

If you roll on an item that you should not be rolling on, do not expect to get it. For example, if a trinket drops that has spell power and hit rating on it and you are a healer ans out roll a caster dps, the caster dps will get it as healers DO NOT need hit rating and dps does. A situation of that nature should cause you to roll offspec on it.

In raids, Greens will be made available to anyone to pick up and can be used to DE or to sell for repairs.

In order to raid in DunderMifflin, you must be hit capped, Defense capped (if you are a tank), have all your gems slots full, all your gear enchanted and show up to a raid on time with your flasks, food, pots and anything else you may need for the run. If you do not have these things, you run the risk of either not going on the run to being asked to leave the run. A threat meter (omen is the one the guild uses) and Deadly Boss Mods is a must. Remember that there is a raid leader in each run and following the instructions of the raid leader will keep things running smoothly.

BE ON TIME....this means be online READY TO GO at least 15 minutes prior to raid time. All raid times posted on the calendar are realm time....adjust accordingly.

If you are not on time you will automatically be on the stand-by list for the next raid. This doesn't mean that you won't get to go to the next raid...you just won't get priority over those who are considerate enough to show up on time. You still need to be online 15 minutes prior to raid time.

Life happens. If something comes up last minute and you won't be able to attend something that you singed up for just please let the person who put the raid on the calendar (or one of the attending officers) know that you can't make it. A GREAT way to do this is on the forums.

PLEASE register on the forums. http://guilddundermifflin.com Click on the forums button. Registrations should be granted within a day or two at the most. Keep checking back. In the future being registered on the forum will be mandatory for raiding. But aside from that the forums are lots of fun and a great way to get to know each other.
