XT-002 Deconstructor

XT-002 Deconstructor is mostly a straight-forward fight. He has two Phases - Boss phase (Phase 1) and Add phase (Phase 2). He will begin the fight in his Boss phase, and switch to Add phase every 25% of his health. XT-002 will be inactive during Add phases, which last 30 seconds each. His Hard Mode can also be activated during any one of the Add phases.

When he is in Phase 1, the raid will need to spread out in order to minimize the raid damage taken from Gravity Bomb and Light Bomb. Alternatively the players could stay close to each other, and only the person charged with Light/Gravity Bomb can run away. The occasional Tympanic Tantrums will damage all players for more than their maximum health, so healers will need to be well assigned, and no player be left without a healer for the 10 seconds duration of the spell.

XT-002 will enter Phase 2 whenever his health reaches 75%, 50%, and 25%. During this phase he will be unattackable and three kinds of adds will spawn - XM-024 Pumellers (melee), XS-013 Scrapbots (healers), and XE-321 Boombots (exploders). Pumellers should simply be tanked and killed; Scrapbots will head directly towards XT-002 and heal him if they get to him, so they need to be killed quickly; Boombots will also follow normal aggro table, but will explode when their health reaches 50%, damaging players and NPCs in proximity. XT-002's Hard Mode can be unlocked during any of the Add phases (although the first one is most convenient). His heart can be damaged while in Phase 2, and as long as it is not destroyed, XT-002 will take double the damage done to the heart after the Phase ends.

 

 

Abilities

Tympanic Tantrum - Damages everybody for 10% of their maximum hit points every 1 second, for 5 seconds. This is a channeled spell, which also dazes the affected targets for 2 seconds.

Light Bomb - Causes the target to inflict 2,750 (Heroic: 3,500) damage to other players within 15 yards every 1 second, for 9 seconds.

Gravity Bomb - Causes the target to spawn a Gravity Bomb after 9 seconds, which pulls other players within 20 (Heroic: 10) yards and inflicts 17,100 to 18,900 (Heroic: 19,000 to 21,000) Shadow damage.

Change Phase: Adds: At 75%, 50%, and 25% XT-002 will summon XM-024 Pummellers, XS-013 Scrapbots, and XE-321 Boombots and become unattackable.

Change Phase: Boss - After 30 seconds of adds, XT-002 will resume his attacks and become attackable again.
